Indu is an Attorney at Law with 37 years experience in the areas Corporate and Commercial Law, Energy and Banking having spent most of her professional life in the energy sector in Trinidad and Tobago at a Senior Executive and Board Levels with several multinational companies such as GDF SUEZ, Centrica and Methanex.

Through the management consulting practice QED Consulting Limited she partners with organizations to develop ESG frameworks that promote and improve long term sustainability, governance and risk management of businesses and organisations.

She is also the Managing Partner of the legal firm of Nath Sharma and Company which focuses on the areas of Conveyancing, Commercial and Corporate Law and Succession Planning and Probate. It is a long-standing legal practice serving financial institutions, multigenerational businesses and families and communities throughout the East West Corridor.

Indu Chairs the AMCHAM TT’s ESG Committee and is currently a Chancellor’s representative on the Council of the University of the West Indies St Augustine Campus.

Indu is a member of International Women’s Forum Trinidad and Tobago and Chairs IWFTT Fellows Committee.

She also serves on the Nominations Committee of the Energy Chamber of Trinidad and Tobago.
